    • RB Productions is a wedding and event coordinator company in the Eastern Cape and Garden Route. We believe that the wedding should reflect the bride and the groom’s personalities… from the invitations right through to the reception. The day should exceed your guests’ expectations by far. Having access to an extensive database of providers will ensure that your day is breathtaking. A consultation will allow us to determine your specific needs and preferences. This will however not bind you to our services. We will make recommendations followed by a proposal and an estimated quotation. On acceptance of our quotation we will then look closely at planning and coordinating your special day. Our continuous liaison with the venue and other suppliers will give the bride and groom peace of mind. On the day of your wedding we will be present to oversee every detail of the final arrangement and to ensure that your day proceeds smoothly.

    Our services include the following: • Assistance and advice in selection of wedding venues • Assistance in selecting accommodation for the bridal couple and guests • Liaison between bridal couple and professional service providers • Assistance in selecting: stationary, photographer, video coverage, caterers, make-up artists, hair dressers, transport, minister, music and entertainment, florist and bridal wear. • Menu compilations and selection of suitable wines • Preparing a comprehensive timing schedule for the day of the wedding • Meeting and providing guidance to the master of ceremonies prior to the wedding • Organizing any pre-wedding functions • Post wedding feedback to wrap up the event.
